Annotation

A reduced Vlasov-Darwin model is formulated in a compact Hamiltonian representation. A discrete (by the particles method) Lagrangian-Hamiltonian algorithm is constructed. An applied plasma code, adapted to mass PCs of an average perfomance was developed. Numerical algorithm was approbated during the research of the parametric instability of a magnetoactive plasma.
