Intermittency route to chaos in semiconductor superlattice coupled to external resonator

Annotation

The transition to chaos in semiconductor superlattice coupled to external resonant system had been investigated. We have shown that transition to chaos goes through type I intermittency in the system under study. This fact is approved by dependence of the mean laminar phase length versus criticality parameter, and form of Poincare mapping.
