Annotation
Was experimentally investigation spatial dynamics of fibrin clot lysis in vitro. The effect of plasminogen activators (streptokinase and urokinase) on growth and lysis of fibrin clot in a reaction-diffusive system. Discovered the phenomena that the addition of plasminogen activators in therapeutic concentrations in addition fibrinolysis system actuates coagulation system, and wave of fibrinolysis starts from place of coagulation activation.
