The efficiency and selectivity of the I.Anisimkin waves excitation in a hardened glass plate by a wedge-shaped ultrasonic transducer with a phased array of the piezoelectric transducers was investigated. The map of Lamb and I. Anisimkin waves excitation efficiency dependence was obtained. It was found that the I. Anisimkin mode in an isotropic plate is not the degeneration of higher Lamb mode, but it is the degeneration of the main symmetric Lamb mode in the long-wavelength brunch. It was shown that the effective selective excitation of the I.Anisimkin wave is impossible by a wedge-shaped transducer with a single piezoelectric transducer without using of a phased array.
