Annotation
In the article integrated ferroelectric device of new type namely homogeneous circuit with ferroelectric capacitors with a negative capacitance has been considered. Under the great number of such capacitors in the circuit in the framework of the Witham theory propagation of nonlinear modulated waves in this system has been described.
