Annotation

Radiation treatment on food products, especially vegetables, is one of the possible effective ways for extending their period of storage. This article discusses the results of a research on the effects of X-rays on potato tubers. The study estimates the extent of inhibition of sprouting of tubers exposed in the different doses for several types of potato.
