Annotation
The photon-drag effect in a semiconductor superlattice due to intraband absorption of a bichromatic electromagnetic wave in phonon absorption has been covered. The problem is solved using the second order perturbation theory. The multiphoton absorption is taken into account. Direct drag current component is analyzed in the frequency wave. Drag current increases the field. When peaking, it decreases, oscillating.
