Annotation
In this review a new method of studying event-by-event distributions of azimuthal anizotropy of particles in heavy ion collisions introduced by ATLAS collaboration is discussed, as well as the analysis of distributions obtained by the method of approximation to true event-by-event distributions (Unfolding method). It is shown, that considered method of analysis is an effective tool for studying anizotropic flow fluctuations
