Annotation

Reported on a series of experimental studies of at room temperature relaxation processes in an ensemble of quantum dots in nanoscale semiconductor films using femtosecond photon echo. The results of the experimental study of the optical properties of photon echo generated in nanoscale functional films for optoelectronic element base are presented.
