Annotation

The mechanism of stimulated terahertz radiation was investigated for spin–injection oscillators. The feedback performs due to semitransparent mirror arranged on the back surface of the substrate. The influence of the feedback on spectral characteristics and radiation intensities of the oscillator are discussed.
