In-vivo experiments on endovenous laser coagulation (EVLC) have been carried out on veins of sheep of edilbay breed using radiation with wavelength of 1910 nm and power value of 1.5, 3 and 4 W. Based on the results of morphological study of histological cross sections of the vein wall taken immediately after EVLC and harvested 40 days after the procedure and the results of clinical observations, it was concluded that the using radiation with wavelength of 1910 nm and power value 4 W provides coagulation and necrosis of the vein wall and excludes the process of recanalization.
