The iDREAM reactor antineutrino spectrometer (industrial Detector for REactor Antineutrino Monitoring) was developed by the joint efforts of the Skobeltsyn Institute for Nuclear Physics of Moscow State University and NRC Kurchatov Institute. The unique artificial high-intensity sources of electron antineutrino are modern nuclear power reactors. To conduct fundamental and applied research in the field of neutrino physics, laboratories are being built in which large liquid scintillation spectrometers with a target mass of tens and hundreds of tons are installed. These laboratories are constructed near nuclear power plants, usually with several rectors, Advances in the field of experimental antineutrino detection techniques, well developed and made available thanks to large antineutrino detectors, led to the development of compact, low-cost detectors aimed at introducing a neutrino monitoring method into industrial nuclear energy.
