Annotation

We investigated the collective dynamics of nanoscale heterostructures semiconductor superlattices, which which adaptively coupled by an external resonant circuit. It is shown that the interaction of the active medium through the resonant circuit leads to emergence of broad areas of chaotic dynamics and broadband generation.
