In present paper, we observe physical processes leading to the emission of the powerful microwave radiation in vircator system, which contains relativistic electron beam in case of simultaneous development of Bursian and shear instability. We have studied the influence of beam dynamics on the output radiation characteristics via 3D particle-in-cell simulation.
