Essential difficulties arising in organization of anisotropic regulated illumination for an investigated object in correlation thermoacoustic tomography schemes with a ring antenna array are discussed. However, the illumination of such a type is really created in schemes with focusing structural elements. Output signal-to-interference relation is estimated for the focusing schemes.
