Annotation

The radiation pattern and the degree of light polarization for high–power laser diodes in up–threshold mode have been measured. Time dependence of the radiations power and a degree of polarization have been investigated. The possibility of 2 W CW laser diode based on InGaAs/GaAs–heterostructures lifetime predicting by preliminary measurements of space-energy and polarization characteristics of radiation discusses.
