Annotation

The expression for the longitudinal part of the dielectric function non-degenerate electron gas in bilayer grapheme is obtained. In the calculations used low–energy approximation for the electron spectrum. The dispersion relation and the damping rate of the plasma waves in bilayer graphene is found.
