This study showed experimentally the existence of two inertial ranges in the spectrum of a quasi-two-dimensional flow of two intersecting jets in a disc–shaped vessel. The flow was recorded through an infrared transparent wall using a thermal camera at the frame rate of 100Hz in a wide spectral range.
