Full-field optical coherent tomography based on acousto-optic filtration of interference images

Annotation

A new scheme of full-field optical coherent microscope with data registration in spectral domain is described. It is based on utilization of the wide-band light source and spectral tuning by the imaging acousto–optic filter installed in the registration channel of Michelson interferometer. The experimental results are presented. It is shown that this scheme is applicable for the analysis of the object properties with rather high lateral and axial resolution.
