Interaction of ultra-short electromagnetic pulses in silicene

Annotation

In this work we consider the problem of the propagation and interaction of two ultra-short optical pulses in silicene. Electrons are described in the long-wave approximation of effective Hamiltonian at the low temperature. The dependence on the velocity and amplitude of pulse was obtained.
